Where our services involve credit assistance, we may collect and hold credit information and credit eligibility information about you. We will only obtain your credit report with your express consent, and we will only use and disclose that information for purposes permitted under the Privacy Act, such as assessing your application for credit.
6. How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes secure electronic storage, access controls and secure transmission of documents. Where information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

We may occasionally contact you about products or services we think may interest you. You can opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any communication.
8. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. To do so, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge to make a request.
